WHAT IS A OATH? WHAT DOES IT IMPLY??

Every structure has a foundation.  Without that foundation nothing can stand.  A house built upon rock will with stand.  A house built upon the sand will crumble with the winds and rising tides.

There is a cornerstone to every structure.  Our's is the people.  It is our freedom and liberty to live as we see fit.  Not as others deem we do.

WHAT IS A OATH??  WHAT DOES IT IMPLY?

A oath is a promise.
It implies that you will stand on the oath as it is your reason for existing. It's your promise to a belief which has stood and stands all time.   It's a oath to protect , and never falter from whatever that oath is too. A oath is a serious obligation.

OATH-
1. a. A solemn, formal declaration or promise to fulfill a pledge, oftern calling on God, a god, or a                 sacred object as witness.
    b. The words or formula of such a declaration or promise.
    c. Something declared or promised
2.  An irreverent or blasphemous use of the name of God or something held sacred.

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

I think the part of this that stands out the most is the word ABILITY.

I firmly believe that with any task that if you lack the ability, fortitude, prudence, to do anything related to a oath you took, one should step down or away from the task at hand.  Or better yet not have taken the oath in the first place.

The ability to fulfill a oath is the very strength of what ever is at hand or at task.  When something is unfulfilled,  something is not done,  the foundation of that structure will crumble and fall.  It's the nature of life.

Ability---  1.  possession of the means or skill to do something.
"the manager had lost his ability to motivate the players"

              2.  talent, skill, or proficiency in a particular area.
                   "a man of exceptional ability"

If you don't stand, no one will stand for you.  But when you stand, others will stand with you.  And when many stand, the voice of many can be heard.  However, if you are complacent within the comforts of what you do not think can fall, you are doomed to crumble as if your house is built upon sand.

Without hope there is no strength.  Without strength one cannot stand.  Without leadership there is no motivation to stand.  Without standing there is no purpose. And without purpose, there is no existence of liberty or will.

Stupidity and Arrogance of the Human Race

There are some things that I'm sure even mystifies the gods.

I'm quite sure high on that list is the stupidity and arrogance of the human race.

Life is not fair.  Nor is death or even the chance to exist.  But for those of us right in the middle of that mix, we do expect justice.  Notice I said justice and not fairness.

Justice corrects a wrong.  Fairness, well who ever said you were entitled to anything.  What makes you that special.

People are born free.  Just because you exist doesn't mean that someone owes you anything just because you exist.  At some point in your life you have to take responsibility and take care of your self and stop taking from others.

We live in a world wide society. Within that society there are two types of people.  One, the group of people that make people dependent on them and two, the group of people that desire freedom to be independent and free from the kind of dependency that the first group offers.

This is the never ending mix of civil wars, regional wars, world wars, family disputes, neighbor hood conflicts, property boundary issues, and the list goes on and on.

Back to Justice and Fairness.  In the history of the world there has always been justice.  There has never been fairness.  Fairness will never truly exist except in the marketing of control and hope of the dependent.  However, justice has always existed simply because of the prelude of fairness, right and wrong.  Strange how that works isn't it.

In recent years and during a period of economic crisis world wide and among the super powers there has been a movement toward fairness and equal justice.   Sounds great, but truth of the matter, it's just socialism.  There are many forms of socialism and it just never works.  Appears great, but always fails.  (Simple history proves this to be a fact.)  Why is this...?  Usually because business structures crumble under tax pressure and that machine that runs it (a government)  economically runs out of other peoples money forcing higher taxes and lower wages.

When fairness and equal justice come into play, really what happens is "group one" has gained an advantage over "group two".  (paragraph 6) And in this type of environment, there is no true justice, just excuses.  Existing laws that work are not enforced and "group one" tries to imply that there needs to be new laws.  Reality is.. they are just trying to change a structure or foundation of something that works into something they want, which is power and dependence over people.

In this country (and it use to not be this way), we go from one crisis to another to the point we get so overwhelmed that we forget nothing is getting done, fixed or solved. Things that use to get done in order to fix or solve a problem are sugar coated with "words and promises" till they are out of sight and out of mind.  But nothing gets fixed, just ignored and forgotten.  It's called MISDIRECTION.

Therefore, there is NO accountability, NO justice and absolutely NO fairness.

Yes, I'm quite sure the gods are mystified by our stupidity.
