WHAT IS A OATH? WHAT DOES IT IMPLY??

Every structure has a foundation.  Without that foundation nothing can stand.  A house built upon rock will with stand.  A house built upon the sand will crumble with the winds and rising tides.

There is a cornerstone to every structure.  Our's is the people.  It is our freedom and liberty to live as we see fit.  Not as others deem we do.

WHAT IS A OATH??  WHAT DOES IT IMPLY?

A oath is a promise.
It implies that you will stand on the oath as it is your reason for existing. It's your promise to a belief which has stood and stands all time.   It's a oath to protect , and never falter from whatever that oath is too. A oath is a serious obligation.

OATH-
1. a. A solemn, formal declaration or promise to fulfill a pledge, oftern calling on God, a god, or a                 sacred object as witness.
    b. The words or formula of such a declaration or promise.
    c. Something declared or promised
2.  An irreverent or blasphemous use of the name of God or something held sacred.

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

I think the part of this that stands out the most is the word ABILITY.

I firmly believe that with any task that if you lack the ability, fortitude, prudence, to do anything related to a oath you took, one should step down or away from the task at hand.  Or better yet not have taken the oath in the first place.

The ability to fulfill a oath is the very strength of what ever is at hand or at task.  When something is unfulfilled,  something is not done,  the foundation of that structure will crumble and fall.  It's the nature of life.

Ability---  1.  possession of the means or skill to do something.
"the manager had lost his ability to motivate the players"

              2.  talent, skill, or proficiency in a particular area.
                   "a man of exceptional ability"

If you don't stand, no one will stand for you.  But when you stand, others will stand with you.  And when many stand, the voice of many can be heard.  However, if you are complacent within the comforts of what you do not think can fall, you are doomed to crumble as if your house is built upon sand.

Without hope there is no strength.  Without strength one cannot stand.  Without leadership there is no motivation to stand.  Without standing there is no purpose. And without purpose, there is no existence of liberty or will.

  1.

Stupidity and Arrogance of the Human Race

There are some things that I'm sure even mystifies the gods.

I'm quite sure high on that list is the stupidity and arrogance of the human race.

Life is not fair.  Nor is death or even the chance to exist.  But for those of us right in the middle of that mix, we do expect justice.  Notice I said justice and not fairness.

Justice corrects a wrong.  Fairness, well who ever said you were entitled to anything.  What makes you that special.

People are born free.  Just because you exist doesn't mean that someone owes you anything just because you exist.  At some point in your life you have to take responsibility and take care of your self and stop taking from others.

We live in a world wide society. Within that society there are two types of people.  One, the group of people that make people dependent on them and two, the group of people that desire freedom to be independent and free from the kind of dependency that the first group offers.

This is the never ending mix of civil wars, regional wars, world wars, family disputes, neighbor hood conflicts, property boundary issues, and the list goes on and on.

Back to Justice and Fairness.  In the history of the world there has always been justice.  There has never been fairness.  Fairness will never truly exist except in the marketing of control and hope of the dependent.  However, justice has always existed simply because of the prelude of fairness, right and wrong.  Strange how that works isn't it.

In recent years and during a period of economic crisis world wide and among the super powers there has been a movement toward fairness and equal justice.   Sounds great, but truth of the matter, it's just socialism.  There are many forms of socialism and it just never works.  Appears great, but always fails.  (Simple history proves this to be a fact.)  Why is this...?  Usually because business structures crumble under tax pressure and that machine that runs it (a government)  economically runs out of other peoples money forcing higher taxes and lower wages.

When fairness and equal justice come into play, really what happens is "group one" has gained an advantage over "group two".  (paragraph 6) And in this type of environment, there is no true justice, just excuses.  Existing laws that work are not enforced and "group one" tries to imply that there needs to be new laws.  Reality is.. they are just trying to change a structure or foundation of something that works into something they want, which is power and dependence over people.

In this country (and it use to not be this way), we go from one crisis to another to the point we get so overwhelmed that we forget nothing is getting done, fixed or solved. Things that use to get done in order to fix or solve a problem are sugar coated with "words and promises" till they are out of sight and out of mind.  But nothing gets fixed, just ignored and forgotten.  It's called MISDIRECTION.

Therefore, there is NO accountability, NO justice and absolutely NO fairness.

Yes, I'm quite sure the gods are mystified by our stupidity.

THIS IS THE REALITY OF AN EVERY OTHER WEEKEND DAD.

When something is traded of smaller value, with something of a larger value, the price paid by the one with the lesser value pays the difference.  That difference is the amount given up in order to have more. This is the true price.

When someone is equal to another there is room for compromise. When things are equal there is room to trade or swap without any thing lost between the give and the need.

However, when things are not equal it becomes a game of the majority being in the position of giver and the minority in the position of receiver. It often forces the receiver to be the one to have to compromise.  Another term for this is enslavement.

The minority has but certain things.  The majority has every thing.

In a case where a father has two weekends a month and a mother has everyday of the week and two weekends a month, there is nothing the father can give but only take.  The mother on the other hand has everything to give and nothing she can take.

A father has only 4 days a month he can plan anything.  A mother has 27 days she can do anything she wants.

A father has only 4 days; 2 days at a time to plan anything with his child.  A mother has 27 days to plan and do as she likes. She has liberty and he has enslavement.

Now it seems to be wrong for a father to ask for extra days, because it only comes in the form of an award or a price.  Never freely given.    (Giver--Look what I’ve done for you)

On the other hand when a mother ask for any of the 4 days of the father and the father says, “these are the only days I have to plan with”,  it becomes (Giver--you only care about your self and not your child)

Even when a mother offers to swap days or give more time in return for the fathers off days, it is done at the expense of the fathers off days and the days traded or swapped for fall within his work week. This is totally different from days being off with the child.  So in reality, even though days were swapped, the father is still at the loss with his time with his child and the mother is in the gain while the father is at a loss.  It is a unconcerned act by the giver.

The reality is that it is a self centered act by a mother toward the father.  Blaming the father for not caring about his kid if he does not comply with the mother’s request is a total act of being self centered and no regards of the time a father needs with his child.

The same rings true of a father that takes each and every off day to spend with his child and then that one weekend out of the year that he needs a weekend (off day) to accomplice something that can only be taken care of or done on a off day and not when he is at work turns into the same reality.  The mother will blame the father for not spending time with his child because he did not take her gift.  In fact the mother has entrapped the father with a gift of only 4 days a month without freedom to live life with things that need to be done and his child. This is not compromise.  This is enslavement.

When a father gives up his time, which is a bigger gift than anything a mother can gift to the father.  (Reason; the father loses something.)  The mother just takes something freely with out thought or appreciation of the father or the child’s need to spend time together.

It is justified by swapping days or giving extra days as a reward for doing so. That is not justification.  It is the giver giving something that the receiver did not have in the first place and is a gift.  It is not a tool for compromise. It is something that cannot be used as a tool to take away what is already given.   But this is how the empowered prey upon the enslaved.

There is no justification in not being equal.  There is no justification in swapping days when there are 4 days a month pre planned in advance.   For those days are the father to see his child.

There is no justification for a mother to have 27 days and really expect someone she has imprisoned from their child not to say that it is wrong to mess with his pre planned days.

There is no justification to claim compromise when you only have something to give and everything to take.

I can promise you that this perceived kindness only comes from needing something.  Other wise time would be equal.  Time would be given to the father because he simply needs to be with his child.

The illusion of kindness is what the mother gives the father in order to take from him.

But it always turns into look what I did for you.  I offered and you didn’t.

Those are excuses to steal from the only real time a father has to plan something with his child.   The mother’s personal needs and convenience (even though she has 27 days and the father 4 days) are in reality more important than the relationship of the child and the father.

This is the reality of an every other weekend Dad.

Would of, Should of , Could of

Would of, Should of, Could of, Might have, Didn't know about it, I'll have to look into that, and not Aware.

These are statements of excuses.  Statements of Hope and misdirection.  Phrases designed to give the feeling ;  I will do better next time without owning up to something and not having to say I'm sorry.

They almost sound like phrases out of a childhood book.  You know, the children s books that are suppose to teach a hidden moral or value through the mistake of one of the characters in the book.

Phrases such as these are not signs of success or leadership but rather that of failure.  They are not phrases of leadership but used when nothing else can be used except the phrases;  I'm sorry and yes we did that.

A leader can be summed up in many different ways.  You have the general definition of leader and leadership.

lead~er
  1)  The person who leads or command a group, organization, or country.
  2)  A person followed by others

lead~er~ship
  1) The action of leading a group of people or an organization
  2) The state or position of being a leader
  Synonyms-  guidance-lead-direction-management-command

Okay, very simple.  But very twisted by those that are in leadership roles.  The very synonyms, guidance, lead, direction, management and command, sum up everything a leader is responsible for within his/her power.

Guidance is to lead the direction along a path that a leader believes.  Lead is to simply lead those in a direction that persons are to follow.  Direction is the place a leader plans to take those people.  Management is how a leader pulls these thing together and makes them happen.  Command is the power a leader has to accomplice guidance, leading, and direction.

Point being, a leader is a person that is in control of the mood of a country or whatever he/she is leading.  They are to guide that country.  They are to lead and do so in a direction that they  manages and commands.

Therefore ad mist times of scandal.  Ad mist the times of people being caught with there pants down. Ad mist  promises made to gain the votes to become a leader because promises of change are made, that are in fact forgotten while everything quite to the contrary has been done, you have silence.  You have sporadic replies through facets of a leadership to hope things quieten down and are forgotten.

Silence is a great way to duck, but its not a great way to Lead.

But you see, we have a founding and a constitution that holds these type of actions to a standard of accountability that holds such leaders to be honest within the intend toward the people that he/she governs.  Problem is, we have a leadership that has done and pushed the envelope within its limits of what it can actually do without taking that envelope and completely destroying it. We have a movement within this country that is chipping away at the fabric as well as a movement that makes it seem that the minority thought is the majority thought when in fact it's not.  It's a movement of misdirection.   A movement that has forgot that a leader is suppose to guide and lead in a direction that stands true for why the people elect a person.

That reason, well it's simply, to manage and command under the guideline of those things he/she swore to defend and uphold.  One being the Constitution.   Two the will of the people that are the government. Three to defend we the people and do nothing to bring harm within our borders.

There are many ways to be a good leader.  But sometimes it takes a bad leader for we as a people to see and understand that fact.

One thing I know is when things go bad that fall under the management of a leader.  Whether a leader knew about them or not.  That person is accountable and shame on them for not having a better grasp of such a great responsibility.

Would of, Should of, Could of is something a child says to their parents.  Not a leader to a watching world.

What Defines A Man. D-Day After Thoughts.

HE CRIED FOR HIS MOM. HE THOUGHT OF HIS WIFE. HE REACHED FOR HIS FRIEND. D-Day June 6, 1944.

When a man dies and his soul departs his body, there is a strong exhale along with a moan.  That moan is the strength to grasp the next breath of air that never comes.

After that death moan, there is a flag.  A flag-torn, battered but stands tall and furls in the wind.  It is all that stands on a field or beach of body parts and blood.  Blank dead eyes stare at the sky.

There was a time when men would leave their families to the ultimate course of death and march behind that flag.  They did so in order to protect their families, preserve their constitutional rights to life and happiness and to set others free from oppression.

Today is June 6.  June 6, 1944 was D-Day.  The Allied invasion of France was launched to liberate a people from socialism and dictatorship.

It was a time when men had guts.  They knew the difference between right and wrong.  It was a time when they had not just balls, but balls of steel and fortitude.

It was a time where war meant fighting.  It meant killing and dying.  It was a time where you did what you had to do to win and leaders that not only made those decisions but also took charge and led the fight.

There was no quarter.  There were no rules of engagement or thoughts of a diplomatic solution because the reason of war was the fact that diplomacy had fell.

Things are Very much different then that today.  Today our leaders falter on strength and dignity.

We have rules of engagement in an attempt to show kindness.  Kindness in war does nothing except get those of us that still have honor, valor, and dignity Killed.  Our military of today is forced by soft leaders to be personal relations personal instead of defenders of freedom and warriors.

We fight to give the appearance of strength.  But the wars linger.  Our enemies see this and they have no fear.  Back then we just kicked ass to the point the enemy would surrender.  It is war.

It was America.  The America from its birth of resistance to obtain freedom from a government that suppressed its people to the strength of helping other nations to obtain the same.

It wasn’t a war of political correctness. It was a war of right and wrong. It was a war of reaching out a helping hand.

It was a time that you knew the blood on your hands would be yours or the enemy.  And you either won or lost.

We pushed forward till the job was finished.  We allowed no one to regroup.

There was a mission, plan and goal. It had nothing to do with tolerance, feelings, or concern for people that walked under a enemies flag.

It had to do with every single reason we walked into a wall of bullets upon an open beach while the enemy was firing down upon us from the high ground.

We moved forward stepping over our dead and dismembered to reach those on the hill tops to make them dead and then move on over their death till surrender.  Once there was surrender, we moved forward over and over until we reached the final goal.  And that is how a war is fought and won.  That is when victory is obtained.  We liberated those that were suppressed.  We gave them back what they had lost.

It wasn’t professional soliders that were already members of the army.  It was teachers, sales people, farmers, factory workers.  They volunteered because our duty was to protect ourselves, our form of freedom of the souls of men and their families.

It was a time where strong conservative people fixed things and the liberals passed out aid.

It was a time where everyone prayed and looked at the Flag with tears in their eyes.

It was a time that men of steel exhausted his last breath for a world that cared about everything he had just given.

It was America’s greatest generation, the strong and brave.

Now, we are an America that passes out aid to our enemy.  We try to win their hearts and minds. Our leaders are made of tin. Our warriors are made of steel but are bound by rules of engagement and missions that do not have an ending solution. They die without a goal. We as a people do not have what it takes to finish a fight.

The hand that reaches out to help someone up is usually the same hand that is severed off by the man lifted up.

It is what made us the greatest country in the world.  But it is also what has weakened America by electing progressive leaders.  Our hands are being severed from our enemies as well as with in.

D-Day will forever be one of the great liberations for those that so ironically despise us as well.

D-Day was June 6, 1944.

On June 7, 1944 we picked up 10,249 thousand battered, bloody dismembered bodies off the beaches of Normandy. 2700k British, 946k Canadians and 6603k Americans.

Some were buried and most thrown off ships into the sea for burial. It was a time that people did what they needed to do. No liberal fanatics.  Just life as it was.

In April and May of 1944, the Allied air forces lost nearly 12,000k men and over 2000k aircraft in operations which paved the way for D-Day.  Code name “Operation Overlord”

Total lose for the three and a half years America spend involved in World War II was 405,399 Dead.

The wars in Irag and Afghanistan over 10 years of fighting a war with no plan of winning it, we have lost 6518 brave souls.

This is the difference between the Greatest Generation and the nation we have become.

When a man dies and his soul departs his body, there is a strong exhale along with a moan.  That moan is the strength to grasp the next breath of air that never comes.

Our Flag is a symbol of lost souls that have gave all so you can walk around and complain about fairness. And bicker about rights verses needs. We are a spoiled Nation. Spoiled by the blood of our ancestors fight.

We take our freedoms for granted.  We need not too, before they are gone.

Progressives Should Grow a Pair and stay out of Our Freedoms.

Funny how the Minority in this country along with the media try to make the Majority through political correctness feel guilty or try to make it seem that the majority is evil and somehow not normal anymore.

As well as  how they try and change the perception of the truth of the American way through the same use of political correctness.

Progressives should grow a pair and stay out of our freedoms and get over it.

The kindness of heart is one of the most taken advantage of things.  People by nature find it easy to just say Okay.  They do so with the hopes it will fade, go away or not effect them.  It doesn't and it will not.  It just gets you, a group or an idea taken advantage of.

And that has brought our nation of the strong and independent down to its knees.

We now bow before a nearly godless society of dependent people led by a group with a mind set that was never intended to be.  Kindness and love is one thing.  Kindness without accountability is yet a totally different destructive thing to those who are self reliant.

Kindness and love is a helping hand and a understanding.  Kindness without accountability is a handout and enabling.

These are some good links to better understand the delusion of political correctness.

Does anyone else remember George Orwell's "1984"? As I recall, it was the restructuring of the language that allowed the government to control the thoughts of the people. Speech codes seek to do the same thing; by removing certain words from our collective subsciousness, they seek to change our views towards certain segments of our population. While the goals might be admirable, the methods are not, and are by no means justified by the final goal.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, political correctness swept over this nation like a blanket of McCarthyism. New phrases were invented daily to replace the old judgmental and politically incorrect phrases that we had been using since the invention of the English language.

If you want to alter your speech habits in order to conform to your vision of political correctness, feel free. But, if you want to alter my speech habits to conform to your vision of what is and is not acceptable, then you have overstepped your authority. As a society, we should resist the temptation to do bad things for what we see as good reasons. We should not walk gleefully into the tyrannical abyss of speech and thought control. I certainly won't.

SEEK NOT GREATNESS, BUT SEEK THE TRUTH and You Will FIND BOTH

The truth in a godless society is always per·se·cuted. It's the law of nature.

Seek not greatness, but seek truth and you will find Both. – Horace Mann.  I believe this is why we became the greatest country upon the earth.  I also believe the opposite is why we are failing and have fell from that grace.

Two objects or subjects cannot occupy the same space. Either the truth is the truth or a lie is accepted. The two cannot occupy the same space. One or the other has to be accepted. One will always out weight the other.

The saying the truth will set you free.  It’s true.  As tough or hard as it may be, the truth is a fact of what ever matter is at hand.  If you can’t accept it, you do not need to be involved.  If you can not live it, you need to re-evaluate your self.  If it does not fit into what you’re doing, you’re doing the wrong thing.  If it gives you personal gain but hurts everyone around you, you should re-think your situation.

Every thing we hear is an opinion, not a fact.  Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth. – Marcus Aurelius

To lie is to deliver a false statement to another person which the speaking person knows is not the whole truth, intentionally.

A barefaced lie is one that is obviously a lie to those hearing it.

Once a lie has been told, there can be two alternative consequences:  it may be discovered or remain undiscovered.

Lying is a perversion of the natural faculty of speech, the natural end of which is to communicate the true thoughts of someone speaking.  When one lies, one undermines the trust in a society.

A fabrication is a lie told when someone submits a statement as truth, without knowing for certain whether or not it actually is true.  Although the statement may be possible or plausible, it is not based on fact.  Rather, it is something made up, or it is a misrepresentation of the truth.

One can state part of the truth out of context, knowing that without complete information, it gives a false impression. Utilizing a form of assertion by ridiculing the facts implying the liar believes it to be preposterous.

A misleading statement is one where there is no outright lie, but still retains the purpose of getting someone to believe in the untruth.

Dissembling likewise describes the presentation of facts in a way that is literally true, but intentionally misleading.

Bullshit does not necessarily have to be a complete fabrication; with only basic knowledge about a topic, bullshit is often used to make the audience believe that one knows far more about the topic by total certainty or making probable predictions.  It may also merely be filler or nonsense that, by virtue of its style or wording, gives the impression that it actually means something.

When one lies face to face with the intended recipient, this also may be an expression describing the act of lying with a smile or other patronizing tone or body language.

When it boils down to it, lying is the tool which people use to change the truth so as others will be lead astray from such truth into something that is wrong by making it look better.

Once again, when a lie has been told, there can be two alternative consequences:  it may be discovered or remain undiscovered.

I would encourage everyone to seek the truth.  Rely on some power greater than your self or at very least seek the truth and don’t except lies.  If your gut tells you something, you should listen to it or at very least investigate it for your self.  Don’t be the sheep led by wolves.  Be the sheep dog that protects the sheep and fights off the wolves.

It’s your children’s future at stake.

In a time of universal deceit-telling the truth is a revolutionary act. – George Orwell.
