I often wake up with the thought....are we as a society really as stupid and shallow as we appear to be in the short moments of life that we surround ourselves with such petty unrelated things to us that we fall into the Drama of things that don't apply to us.
Every day there is a new headline of something that is so pounded within our brains that one would if they would think for their selves, they would believe it to be just a stupid as those of us that see life as it is without it's distractions and it's simplicity.
Last night before retiring to rest my body for the night, I read about Paul Walkers death. I thought to my self. That's terrible. Being that I am a big fan of his movies and knowing a little of his history. My first thought was that of his daughter. I pondered on the pain, hurt, distress that she must feel and what all she had before her. I felt bad for the family and thought about how short a life could be cut from this earth we live on.
Now with that said, I did not know Paul. I did not attend thanksgiving with him this year and had never received anything from him or know anything of him personally other that he was one Hell of an actor and I Love all his movies.
The second thought I had before dozing off was OMG at the crap that would be posted tomorrow on face book. Mainly the stuff that would make it look like everyone was his best friend. Like they knew him personally. People would be leaving messages and comments of what he meant to them when they didn't even know him.
Again, it is a tragic event. One that maybe things can be learned from. Maybe one that because of his Hollywood stature and the fact that as a actor of good standing might draw attention to things that need to be thought about and reflected upon. A moment to reflex on yourself and your family and be vigilant and thoughtful of how precious life really is and how it can be cut so short.
All of this is said to state a few simple facts. Today at this very moment all over the United States there is someone dying. At this very moment, someone has lost there love one in a car crash. Someones -love one has been shot, stabbed or beat to death. Someone did not make it out of a house fire. A father and mother have lost a child. A child has lost a parent or their parents. A man or women has lost their sibling. Someone has just kissed their husband or wife bye and will receive a call within the hour that they are no longer with us.
As everyone knows, I'm very straight forward. I usually don't pull punches or debate with idiots. I believe facts, common core sense and the ability of a human being to reason for their self is the basic element of liberty.
Among those that tragically die are our service people. And they give all. Even when they survive and make it home. They do so at the expense of divorce, not getting to see their children born or raised, and spending time alone in a far away place
This year alone in Afghanistan, 109 American human beings have died. In 2012, 301 dead. In 2011, 412 dead. In 2010, 496 dead. In 2009, 310. Since 2001 the total is 2189. These numbers are Afghanistan only.
The casualties of those that have not died have a separate number. It's 6750. This number is for both Afghanistan & Iraq.
http://apps.washingtonpost.com/national/fallen/theaters/afghanistan/
My point and our failure. We glorify people that we do not even know, but like to think we do. When there are truly people that have given all. Granted, we do not know them either, but what they gave for us was themselves so we could retain the privilege of going and buying a movie ticket to watch the actors we love in movies we know are not real.
And they do it all without it blowing up all over social networks like it was a personal event in our personal lives.
So I ask, you upon waking this morning. Really?

THE STORY OF TAPS
As soon as Taps was sounded that night in July 1862, words were put with the music.
First were "Go to Sleep, Go to Sleep." As the years went on, many more versions were created. There are no official words to the music but many popular verses exist today.
Of all the military bugle calls, none is so easily recognized or more apt to render emotion than the call Taps. The melody is both eloquent and haunting and the history of its origin is interesting and somewhat clouded in controversy.
Taps began as a revision to the signal for Extinguish Lights (Lights Out) a bugle call that was used as the final call of the day and as the name implies, ti was a signal to extinguish all fires and lights. Up until the Civil War, the infantry call for Extinguish Lights was the one set down in Silas Casey's (1801 - 1882) Tactics, which had been borrowed from the French. The music for Taps was adapted by Union General Daniel Butterfield for his brigade in July, 1862.
Why the name Taps? The most likely explanation is that the name was borrowed from a drummer's beat. The beating of a bedtime roll-call called Tattoo by the drum corps would be followed by the Drummer of the Guard beating three distinct drum taps at four count intervals for the military evolution Extinguish Lights. Following the call, three single drum strokes were beat at four-count intervals. This was known as the "Drum Taps" or in common usage of soldiers "The Taps" or "Taps."
It is not clear how or why Taps became associated with funerals. However, it's earliest official reference for use at military funeral ceremonies is found in the U.S. Army Infantry Drill Regulations for 1891.
Maybe just maybe it signals the final "Extinguish Lights" of someone who gave all.

As the Story goes, General Butterfield was not pleased with the call for Extinguish Lights, feeling that the call was too formal to signal the days end, and with the help of the brigade bugler, Oliver Wilcox Norton, wrote Taps to honor his men while in camp at Harrison's Landing, Virginia, following the Seven Days battle. These battles took place during the Peninsular Campaign of 1862. The new call, sounded that night in July, 1862, soon spread to other units of the Union Army and was reportedly also used by the Confederates. Taps was made an official bugle call after the war.

WHAT IS A OATH? WHAT DOES IT IMPLY??
Every structure has a foundation. Without that foundation nothing can stand. A house built upon rock will with stand. A house built upon the sand will crumble with the winds and rising tides.
There is a cornerstone to every structure. Our's is the people. It is our freedom and liberty to live as we see fit. Not as others deem we do.
WHAT IS A OATH?? WHAT DOES IT IMPLY?
A oath is a promise.
It implies that you will stand on the oath as it is your reason for existing. It's your promise to a belief which has stood and stands all time. It's a oath to protect , and never falter from whatever that oath is too. A oath is a serious obligation.
OATH-
1. a. A solemn, formal declaration or promise to fulfill a pledge, oftern calling on God, a god, or a sacred object as witness.
b. The words or formula of such a declaration or promise.
c. Something declared or promised
2. An irreverent or blasphemous use of the name of God or something held sacred.
The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.
I think the part of this that stands out the most is the word ABILITY.
I firmly believe that with any task that if you lack the ability, fortitude, prudence, to do anything related to a oath you took, one should step down or away from the task at hand. Or better yet not have taken the oath in the first place.
The ability to fulfill a oath is the very strength of what ever is at hand or at task. When something is unfulfilled, something is not done, the foundation of that structure will crumble and fall. It's the nature of life.
Ability--- 1. possession of the means or skill to do something.
"the manager had lost his ability to motivate the players"
2. talent, skill, or proficiency in a particular area.
"a man of exceptional ability"
If you don't stand, no one will stand for you. But when you stand, others will stand with you. And when many stand, the voice of many can be heard. However, if you are complacent within the comforts of what you do not think can fall, you are doomed to crumble as if your house is built upon sand.
Without hope there is no strength. Without strength one cannot stand. Without leadership there is no motivation to stand. Without standing there is no purpose. And without purpose, there is no existence of liberty or will.

Stupidity and Arrogance of the Human Race
There are some things that I'm sure even mystifies the gods.
I'm quite sure high on that list is the stupidity and arrogance of the human race.
Life is not fair. Nor is death or even the chance to exist. But for those of us right in the middle of that mix, we do expect justice. Notice I said justice and not fairness.
Justice corrects a wrong. Fairness, well who ever said you were entitled to anything. What makes you that special.
People are born free. Just because you exist doesn't mean that someone owes you anything just because you exist. At some point in your life you have to take responsibility and take care of your self and stop taking from others.
We live in a world wide society. Within that society there are two types of people. One, the group of people that make people dependent on them and two, the group of people that desire freedom to be independent and free from the kind of dependency that the first group offers.
This is the never ending mix of civil wars, regional wars, world wars, family disputes, neighbor hood conflicts, property boundary issues, and the list goes on and on.
Back to Justice and Fairness. In the history of the world there has always been justice. There has never been fairness. Fairness will never truly exist except in the marketing of control and hope of the dependent. However, justice has always existed simply because of the prelude of fairness, right and wrong. Strange how that works isn't it.
In recent years and during a period of economic crisis world wide and among the super powers there has been a movement toward fairness and equal justice. Sounds great, but truth of the matter, it's just socialism. There are many forms of socialism and it just never works. Appears great, but always fails. (Simple history proves this to be a fact.) Why is this...? Usually because business structures crumble under tax pressure and that machine that runs it (a government) economically runs out of other peoples money forcing higher taxes and lower wages.
When fairness and equal justice come into play, really what happens is "group one" has gained an advantage over "group two". (paragraph 6) And in this type of environment, there is no true justice, just excuses. Existing laws that work are not enforced and "group one" tries to imply that there needs to be new laws. Reality is.. they are just trying to change a structure or foundation of something that works into something they want, which is power and dependence over people.
In this country (and it use to not be this way), we go from one crisis to another to the point we get so overwhelmed that we forget nothing is getting done, fixed or solved. Things that use to get done in order to fix or solve a problem are sugar coated with "words and promises" till they are out of sight and out of mind. But nothing gets fixed, just ignored and forgotten. It's called MISDIRECTION.
Therefore, there is NO accountability, NO justice and absolutely NO fairness.
Yes, I'm quite sure the gods are mystified by our stupidity.

THIS IS THE REALITY OF AN EVERY OTHER WEEKEND DAD.
When something is traded of smaller value, with something of
a larger value, the price paid by the one with the lesser value pays the
difference. That difference is the
amount given up in order to have more. This is the true price.
When someone is equal to another there is room for
compromise. When things are equal there is room to trade or swap without any
thing lost between the give and the need.
However, when things are not equal it becomes a game of the
majority being in the position of giver and the minority in the position of
receiver. It often forces the receiver to be the one to have to
compromise. Another term for this is
enslavement.
The minority has but certain things. The majority has every thing.
In a case where a father has two weekends a month and a
mother has everyday of the week and two weekends a month, there is nothing the
father can give but only take. The
mother on the other hand has everything to give and nothing she can take.
A father has only 4 days a month he can plan anything. A mother has 27 days she can do anything she
wants.
A father has only 4 days; 2 days at a time to plan anything
with his child. A mother has 27 days to
plan and do as she likes. She has liberty and he has enslavement.
Now it seems to be wrong for a father to ask for extra days,
because it only comes in the form of an award or a price. Never freely given. (Giver--Look
what I’ve done for you)
On the other hand when a mother ask for any of the 4 days of
the father and the father says, “these are the only days I have to plan with”, it becomes (Giver--you only care about your
self and not your child)
Even when a mother offers to swap days or give more time in
return for the fathers off days, it is done at the expense of the fathers off days
and the days traded or swapped for fall within his work week. This is totally
different from days being off with the child. So in reality, even though days were swapped,
the father is still at the loss with his time with his child and the mother is
in the gain while the father is at a loss.
It is a unconcerned act by the giver.
The reality is that it is a self centered act by a mother
toward the father. Blaming the father
for not caring about his kid if he does not comply with the mother’s request is
a total act of being self centered and no regards of the time a father needs
with his child.
The same rings true of a father that takes each and every
off day to spend with his child and then that one weekend out of the year that
he needs a weekend (off day) to accomplice something that can only be taken
care of or done on a off day and not when he is at work turns into the same
reality. The mother will blame the
father for not spending time with his child because he did not take her gift. In fact the mother has entrapped the father
with a gift of only 4 days a month without freedom to live life with things
that need to be done and his child. This is not compromise. This is enslavement.
When a father gives up his time, which is a bigger gift than
anything a mother can gift to the father.
(Reason; the father loses something.)
The mother just takes something freely with out thought or appreciation
of the father or the child’s need to spend time together.
It is justified by swapping days or giving extra days as a
reward for doing so. That is not justification.
It is the giver giving something that the receiver did not have in the
first place and is a gift. It is not a
tool for compromise. It is something that cannot be used as a tool to take away
what is already given. But this is how
the empowered prey upon the enslaved.
There is no
justification in not being equal. There
is no justification in swapping days when there are 4 days a month pre planned
in advance. For those days are the father to see his
child.
There is no justification for a mother to have 27 days and
really expect someone she has imprisoned from their child not to say that it is
wrong to mess with his pre planned days.
There is no
justification to claim compromise when you only have something to give and
everything to take.
I can promise you that this perceived kindness only comes
from needing something. Other wise time
would be equal. Time would be given to
the father because he simply needs to be with his child.
The illusion of
kindness is what the mother gives the father in order to take from him.
But it always turns into look what I did for you. I offered and you didn’t.
Those are excuses to
steal from the only real time a father has to plan something with his child. The mother’s
personal needs and convenience (even though she has 27 days and the father 4
days) are in reality more important than the relationship of the child and the
father.
This is the reality of an every other weekend Dad.

Would of, Should of , Could of
Would of, Should of, Could of, Might have, Didn't know about it, I'll have to look into that, and not Aware.
These are statements of excuses. Statements of Hope and misdirection. Phrases designed to give the feeling ; I will do better next time without owning up to something and not having to say I'm sorry.
They almost sound like phrases out of a childhood book. You know, the children s books that are suppose to teach a hidden moral or value through the mistake of one of the characters in the book.
Phrases such as these are not signs of success or leadership but rather that of failure. They are not phrases of leadership but used when nothing else can be used except the phrases; I'm sorry and yes we did that.
A leader can be summed up in many different ways. You have the general definition of leader and leadership.
lead~er
1) The person who leads or command a group, organization, or country.
2) A person followed by others
lead~er~ship
1) The action of leading a group of people or an organization
2) The state or position of being a leader
Synonyms- guidance-lead-direction-management-command
Okay, very simple. But very twisted by those that are in leadership roles. The very synonyms, guidance, lead, direction, management and command, sum up everything a leader is responsible for within his/her power.
Guidance is to lead the direction along a path that a leader believes. Lead is to simply lead those in a direction that persons are to follow. Direction is the place a leader plans to take those people. Management is how a leader pulls these thing together and makes them happen. Command is the power a leader has to accomplice guidance, leading, and direction.
Point being, a leader is a person that is in control of the mood of a country or whatever he/she is leading. They are to guide that country. They are to lead and do so in a direction that they manages and commands.
Therefore ad mist times of scandal. Ad mist the times of people being caught with there pants down. Ad mist promises made to gain the votes to become a leader because promises of change are made, that are in fact forgotten while everything quite to the contrary has been done, you have silence. You have sporadic replies through facets of a leadership to hope things quieten down and are forgotten.
Silence is a great way to duck, but its not a great way to Lead.
But you see, we have a founding and a constitution that holds these type of actions to a standard of accountability that holds such leaders to be honest within the intend toward the people that he/she governs. Problem is, we have a leadership that has done and pushed the envelope within its limits of what it can actually do without taking that envelope and completely destroying it. We have a movement within this country that is chipping away at the fabric as well as a movement that makes it seem that the minority thought is the majority thought when in fact it's not. It's a movement of misdirection. A movement that has forgot that a leader is suppose to guide and lead in a direction that stands true for why the people elect a person.
That reason, well it's simply, to manage and command under the guideline of those things he/she swore to defend and uphold. One being the Constitution. Two the will of the people that are the government. Three to defend we the people and do nothing to bring harm within our borders.
There are many ways to be a good leader. But sometimes it takes a bad leader for we as a people to see and understand that fact.
One thing I know is when things go bad that fall under the management of a leader. Whether a leader knew about them or not. That person is accountable and shame on them for not having a better grasp of such a great responsibility.
Would of, Should of, Could of is something a child says to their parents. Not a leader to a watching world.

What Defines A Man. D-Day After Thoughts.
When a man dies
and his soul departs his body, there is a strong exhale along with a moan. That moan is the strength to grasp the next
breath of air that never comes.
After that death
moan, there is a flag. A flag-torn,
battered but stands tall and furls in the wind.
It is all that stands on a field or beach of body parts and blood. Blank dead eyes stare at the sky.
There was a time
when men would leave their families to the ultimate course of death and march
behind that flag. They did so in order
to protect their families, preserve their constitutional rights to life and
happiness and to set others free from oppression.
Today is June 6. June 6, 1944 was D-Day. The Allied invasion of France was launched to liberate a
people from socialism and dictatorship.
It was a time when
men had guts. They knew the difference
between right and wrong. It was a time
when they had not just balls, but balls of steel and fortitude.
It was a time
where war meant fighting. It meant
killing and dying. It was a time where
you did what you had to do to win and leaders that not only made those
decisions but also took charge and led the fight.
There was no
quarter. There were no rules of
engagement or thoughts of a diplomatic solution because the reason of war was
the fact that diplomacy had fell.
Things are Very
much different then that today. Today
our leaders falter on strength and dignity.
We have rules of
engagement in an attempt to show kindness.
Kindness in war does nothing except get those of us that still have
honor, valor, and dignity Killed. Our
military of today is forced by soft leaders to be personal relations personal
instead of defenders of freedom and warriors.
We fight to give
the appearance of strength. But the wars
linger. Our enemies see this and they
have no fear. Back then we just kicked
ass to the point the enemy would surrender.
It is war.
It was America . The America from its birth of resistance
to obtain freedom from a government that suppressed its people to the strength
of helping other nations to obtain the same.
It wasn’t a war of
political correctness. It was a war of right and wrong. It was a war of
reaching out a helping hand.
It was a time that
you knew the blood on your hands would be yours or the enemy. And you either won or lost.
We pushed forward till
the job was finished. We allowed no one
to regroup.
There was a
mission, plan and goal. It had nothing to do with tolerance, feelings, or
concern for people that walked under a enemies flag.
It had to do with
every single reason we walked into a wall of bullets upon an open beach while
the enemy was firing down upon us from the high ground.
We moved forward stepping over our dead and
dismembered to reach those on the hill tops to make them dead and then move on
over their death till surrender. Once
there was surrender, we moved forward over and over until we reached the final
goal. And that is how a war is fought
and won. That is when victory is
obtained. We liberated those that were
suppressed. We gave them back what they
had lost.
It wasn’t professional
soliders that were already members of the army.
It was teachers, sales people, farmers, factory workers. They volunteered because our duty was to
protect ourselves, our form of freedom of the souls of men and their families.
It was a time where
strong conservative people fixed things and the liberals passed out aid.
It was a time where
everyone prayed and looked at the Flag with tears in their eyes.
It was a time that
men of steel exhausted his last breath for a world that cared about everything
he had just given.
Now, we are an America
that passes out aid to our enemy. We try
to win their hearts and minds. Our leaders are made of tin. Our warriors are
made of steel but are bound by rules of engagement and missions that do not
have an ending solution. They die without a goal. We as a people do not have
what it takes to finish a fight.
The hand that
reaches out to help someone up is usually the same hand that is severed off by
the man lifted up.
It is what made us
the greatest country in the world. But it
is also what has weakened America
by electing progressive leaders. Our hands
are being severed from our enemies as well as with in.
D-Day will forever
be one of the great liberations for those that so ironically despise us as
well.
On June 7, 1944 we
picked up 10,249 thousand battered, bloody dismembered bodies off the beaches
of Normandy .
2700k British, 946k Canadians and 6603k Americans.
Some were buried
and most thrown off ships into the sea for burial. It was a time that people
did what they needed to do. No liberal fanatics. Just life as it was.
In April and May
of 1944, the Allied air forces lost nearly 12,000k men and over 2000k aircraft
in operations which paved the way for D-Day.
Code name “Operation Overlord”
Total lose for the
three and a half years America
spend involved in World War II was 405,399 Dead.
The wars in Irag
and Afghanistan
over 10 years of fighting a war with no plan of winning it, we have lost 6518
brave souls.
This is the
difference between the Greatest Generation and the nation we have become.
When a man dies
and his soul departs his body, there is a strong exhale along with a moan. That moan is the strength to grasp the next
breath of air that never comes.
Our Flag is a symbol
of lost souls that have gave all so you can walk around and complain about
fairness. And bicker about rights verses needs. We are a spoiled Nation.
Spoiled by the blood of our ancestors fight.
We take our
freedoms for granted. We need not too,
before they are gone.

Progressives Should Grow a Pair and stay out of Our Freedoms.
Funny how the Minority in this country along with the media try to make the Majority through political correctness feel guilty or try to make it seem that the majority is evil and somehow not normal anymore.
As well as how they try and change the perception of the truth of the American way through the same use of political correctness.
Progressives should grow a pair and stay out of our freedoms and get over it.
The kindness of heart is one of the most taken advantage of things. People by nature find it easy to just say Okay. They do so with the hopes it will fade, go away or not effect them. It doesn't and it will not. It just gets you, a group or an idea taken advantage of.
And that has brought our nation of the strong and independent down to its knees.
We now bow before a nearly godless society of dependent people led by a group with a mind set that was never intended to be. Kindness and love is one thing. Kindness without accountability is yet a totally different destructive thing to those who are self reliant.
Kindness and love is a helping hand and a understanding. Kindness without accountability is a handout and enabling.
These are some good links to better understand the delusion of political correctness.
Does anyone else remember George Orwell's "1984"? As I recall, it was the restructuring of the language that allowed the government to control the thoughts of the people. Speech codes seek to do the same thing; by removing certain words from our collective subsciousness, they seek to change our views towards certain segments of our population. While the goals might be admirable, the methods are not, and are by no means justified by the final goal.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, political correctness swept over this nation like a blanket of McCarthyism. New phrases were invented daily to replace the old judgmental and politically incorrect phrases that we had been using since the invention of the English language.
If you want to alter your speech habits in order to conform to your vision of political correctness, feel free. But, if you want to alter my speech habits to conform to your vision of what is and is not acceptable, then you have overstepped your authority. As a society, we should resist the temptation to do bad things for what we see as good reasons. We should not walk gleefully into the tyrannical abyss of speech and thought control. I certainly won't.

SEEK NOT GREATNESS, BUT SEEK THE TRUTH and You Will FIND BOTH
The truth in a godless society is always per·se·cuted. It's
the law of nature.
Seek not greatness, but seek truth and you will find Both. –
Horace Mann. I believe this is why we
became the greatest country upon the earth.
I also believe the opposite is why we are failing and have fell from
that grace.
Two objects or
subjects cannot occupy the same space. Either the truth is the truth or a lie
is accepted. The two cannot occupy the same space. One or the other has to be
accepted. One will always out weight the other.
The saying the truth will set you free. It’s true.
As tough or hard as it may be, the truth is a fact of what ever matter
is at hand. If you can’t accept it, you
do not need to be involved. If you can
not live it, you need to re-evaluate your self.
If it does not fit into what you’re doing, you’re doing the wrong
thing. If it gives you personal gain but
hurts everyone around you, you should re-think your situation.
Every thing we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the
truth. – Marcus Aurelius
To lie is to deliver a false statement to another person
which the speaking person knows is not the whole truth, intentionally.
A barefaced lie is one that is obviously a lie to those
hearing it.
Once a lie has been told, there can be two alternative
consequences: it may be discovered or
remain undiscovered.
Lying is a perversion of the natural faculty of speech, the
natural end of which is to communicate the true thoughts of someone speaking. When one lies, one undermines the trust in a
society.
A fabrication is a lie told when someone submits a statement
as truth, without knowing for certain whether or not it actually is true. Although the statement may be possible or
plausible, it is not based on fact.
Rather, it is something made up, or it is a misrepresentation of the
truth.
One can state part of the truth out of context, knowing that
without complete information, it gives a false impression. Utilizing a form of
assertion by ridiculing the facts implying the liar believes it to be
preposterous.
A misleading
statement is one where there is no outright lie, but still retains the purpose
of getting someone to believe in the untruth.
Dissembling likewise describes the presentation of facts in
a way that is literally true, but intentionally misleading.
Bullshit does not necessarily have to be a complete
fabrication; with only basic knowledge about a topic, bullshit is often used to
make the audience believe that one knows far more about the topic by total
certainty or making probable predictions.
It may also merely be filler or nonsense that, by virtue of its style or
wording, gives the impression that it actually means something.
When one lies face to face with the intended recipient, this
also may be an expression describing the act of lying with a smile or other
patronizing tone or body language.
When it boils down to it, lying is the tool which people use
to change the truth so as others will be lead astray from such truth into
something that is wrong by making it look better.
Once again, when a lie has been told, there can be two
alternative consequences: it may be
discovered or remain undiscovered.
I would encourage everyone to seek the truth. Rely on some power greater than your self or
at very least seek the truth and don’t except lies. If your gut tells you something, you should
listen to it or at very least investigate it for your self. Don’t be the sheep led by wolves. Be the sheep dog that protects the sheep and
fights off the wolves.
It’s your children’s future at stake.
In a time of universal deceit-telling the truth is a
revolutionary act. – George Orwell.

IT'S FREEDOM, CORE VALUES AND MORALS.
I Love it when I hear a politician use the statement "I talked with a man or family the other day...yada, yada, yada". And then uses them as a backdrop to pull sympathy or empathy. There are 3.5 Billion of us. You should not listen to one of us. You should listen to ALL of us (we the people). Move beyond yourself. Do the job you were elected to do. Which is upholding the constitution of the United States. If you do this, things will work as they have for over 200 yrs. And that my friends is what has made this the greatest county on the face of the earth. Nothing more, nothing less. It certainly hasn't been pretty words, broken promises or self serving change. It's freedom. Core values & morals. Hard work and freedom to stand or fall. Its living among bad people. And when those bad people do bad things, its not the good people that should have to pay or suffer do to their choices.
It's never about the Constitution anymore. It's never about bringing a nation together as one. Now days, there are two agendas.
One, the way America was founded. On the principles of inalienable god given rights that men have, religion and freedom from the oppression of government and how they should be separated.
Two, that everyone should be socially equal, god doesn't exist, the only rights you have is what government gives you, and that men have sit them selves up as god.
One works with Liberty, freedom, self reliance, hard work, personal choices, family, belief in a higher power, common goals, growth, dreams, worth of self and fellow men and reliance on protection of these things.
Two works with redistribution of sweat, pain, tears, struggle. Laziness and godliness are enabled by a collective group that promise and promote these things by enabling dependence. Dreams should be given not reached or earned.
One is self reliance to stand or fall. It's a picture you paint for yourself and the holes you dig are hole you have to climb out of on your own.
Two is the appearance of having it all, but enslaved to the will of a collective group that governs you. Your dreams are controlled and limited. Although beautifully painted at first. It is a hole dug that cannot be climbed out of.
Now by nature, one wants to keep what they work for. But by two, they want to take what the one works for and call it fairness.
What is is, is theft. Robbery in its purest form. Now, its one thing to help your fellow men, it's another to be robbed for the sake of claiming to help your fellow men.
Those that are being robbed, know that the theft is taking place. Those that are robbing and those that are receiving stolen goods are doing it with a smile as if they have done a good thing.
Most things in life are as they appear. Anytime you have to give someone the benefit of the doubt, your just lying to yourself. And your being lied too.
Power only comes from deceit, lies, theft, control and in the name of something good. That good is usually betrayed by something bad.
Never let a bad situation go to waste?? Isn't that the motto for change?

The discuss of the last 8 yrs is evident with in this message.
This is not my work, but the work of a group of Marines. Uncle Sam's Misguided Children. I thought it was worthy of sharing through this blog. There are many that are discussed by the last 8 yrs and this discuss is shown here in this letter. I did not write it. I only share it. Because, it is Strange Freedom.
A message to the President of the United States of America.
Mr. President. What are you doing today? What are you doing, at this very moment, when ISLAMIC TERRORISTS are RAMPAGING through the streets of OUR cities? Killing. Maiming. Causing UNTOLD harm to the CITIZENS of this country. Mr. President, these are OUR cities. These are OUR Law enforcement officers, OUR neighbors. OUR brothers. OUR sisters.
That house that you live in, does NOT belong to you. It belongs to US! WE THE PEOPLE. Whom YOU serve. We do not SERVE you. We do NOT bow down to you. YOU bow to us. You were put into office, on the PROMISE of change. What CHANGE have you wrought Mr. President? How far has this country come in the last 5 years. Are WE THE PEOPLE any safer? Are WE THE PEOPLE more prosperous? Are WE THE PEOPLE any closer to TRUE JUSTICE?
I submit to you, Mr. President, that WE THE PEOPLE, are NOT. Most emphatically, NOT any of those things. WE THE PEOPLE, have watched you cavort on the WORLD STAGE, capitulating, apologizing, APPEASING, and SUPPORTING the very same people who are now MURDERING innocent AMERICAN CITIZENS, on OUR soil. WE THE PEOPLE, have watched you cavort, carefree, on GOLF TRIPS. VACATIONS, and FUND RAISING JUNKETS, for the last 5 years. WE THE PEOPLE, have stood by, SILENT, and watched you SYSTEMATICALLY destroy OUR MOST SACRED NATIONAL FOUNDATIONS. WE THE PEOPLE have watched you TURN BACK THE CLOCK on race relations in this country. WE THE PEOPLE, have watched you PANDER, to every sick, perverted, AND VILE perpetrator of ANTI AMERICANISM that you could possibly think of.
What are you doing today Mr. President? Are you sitting there, INSANE with RAGE at WE THE PEOPLE, because WE THE PEOPLE will NOT allow you to RAPE US, of our INALIENABLE RIGHTS to protect ourselves, our families, our towns, our cities? Are you SEETHING WITH ANGER, contemplating your NEXT MOVE, at depriving us of those rights granted to us in the Constitution, and Bill of Rights?
What are you doing today, Mr. President? Are you hard at work, doing everything in your power to make this country, OUR country, a safer, more free, and more prosperous place for WE THE PEOPLE to live? Based upon your past actions Mr. President, I for one, sincerely doubt it. What I truly believe, Mr. President, is that you don't have a single clue, what you are doing. All your life, you have been pampered, spoiled, and fawned over by the people around you. You were raised, indoctrinated, and trained in your ideologies by those among us who HATE THIS COUNTRY, AND EVERYTHING it stands for.
WE THE PEOPLE, will, and I mean WILL, hold you accountable sir. WE THE PEOPLE, will expose your lies. Expose your corruption. Expose your HATRED for us. The very people you took an oath to protect. WE THE PEOPLE, will hold you to TASK, for the unmitigated DESTRUCTION, that you have wrought upon OUR country.
Sincerely,
WE THE PEOPLE.

THE INSIDE SILENT ATTACK ON OUR AMERICAN VALUES--A UNDERSTANDING ON HOW ITS HAPPENING.
HYPOCRISY
Hypocrisy is the state of promoting or trying to enforce standards, attitudes, lifestyles, virtues beliefs, principles, etc., that one does not actually hold.
Nothing is more unjust than to charge with hypocrisy him that expresses zeal for those virtues which one neglects to practice.
Hypocrisy is not simply failing to practice those virtues that one preaches. It may also corrode the well-being of those people who continually are forced to make use of it.
DOUBLE STANDARD
A double standard is the application of different sets of principles for similar situations, or two different people in the same situation. A double standard may take the form of an instance in which certain concepts are perceived as acceptable to be applied by one group of people, but are considered unacceptable when applied by another group.
A double standard, thus, can be described as a sort of biased, morally unfair suspension (toward a certain group) of the principle that all are equal in their freedoms. Such double standards are seen as unjustified because they violate a basic maxim of modern legal prudence: that all parties should stand equal before the law.
Double standards also violate the principles of justice know as impartiality, which is based on the assumption that the same standards should be applied to all people, without regard to bias or favoritism based on social class, rank, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age or other distinctions.
IRONY
Irony is situation in which there is an incongruity between the literal and the implied meaning. No written method for indicating irony exists, and thus leaves a lingering thought of doubt of a indication of hypocrisy or a double standard. Ironic statements are statements that imply a meaning in opposition to their literal or truthful meaning. A situation is often considered to be ironic if there is an "incongruity between the actual result of a sequence of events and the normal or expected result. The discordance of verbal irony may be deliberately created as a means of communications as in rhetoric. Verbal and situational irony are often used for emphasis in the assertion of the truth and emphasizes one's meaning by the deliberate use of language which states the opposite of the truth-or drastically and obviously understates a factual connection.
RHETORIC
Rhetoric is the art of discourse, an art that aims to improve the facility of speakers who attempt to inform, persuade, or motivate particular audiences in specific situations It is the counterpart of both logic and politics.
POLITICAL CORRECTNESS
Political Correctness examined what effect the pressure to conform to currently fashionable ideas.
Politically correct people do not take root in popular discussion. The term "politically correct " with its suggestion of Stalinist orthodoxy, is a form to control a people through guilt and compassion and has nothing to do with individual Liberty, but rather to control Freedom.
Political correctness is a term which denotes language, ideas, policies, and behavior seen as seeking to minimize social and institutional offense.
The phrase's modern career dates from its use to characterize dogmatist application of Stalinist doctrine. The phrase "politically correct" was first heard in the late 1940s and early 1950s in reference to the political debates between Socialists and members of the United States Communist party. By 1970 the new left proponents had adopted the term. Throughout the 70s and 80s, the new left, feminists, and progressives...used their term politically correct ironically, as a guard against their own orthodoxy in social change efforts.
RECIPROCITY
The social norm of reciprocity is the expectation that people will respond to each other in similar ways-responding to gifts and kindnesses from others with similar benevolence of their own, and responding to harmful, hurtful acts from others with either indifference or some form of retaliation. Such norms can be crude. Socrates considers whether citizens might have a duty of gratitude to obey the laws of the the STATE, in much the way they have duties of gratitude to their parents.
POLICE STATE
A police state is a state in which the government exercises rigid and repressive control over the social, economic, and political life of the population. A police state typically exhibits elements of totalitarianism and social control, and there is usually little or no distinction between the law and the exercise of political power by the executive.
The inhabitants of a police state experience restrictions on their mobility, and on their freedom to express or communicate political or other views, which are subject to police monitoring or enforcement Political control may be exerted by means of homeland forces which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by a constitutional state.
This is all bought about through hope, change, moving forward and progress through the use of hypocrisy, double standards, irony, rhetoric political correctness, reciprocity, making people dependent while tearing down a economy to force a people to believe through faith and hope that change is coming. AND IT IS. Are you ready.

State of the Union is a JOKE
Same o song. Sang in a different key. We know the song. It's a pep talk about nothing that is really having anything done about it. It's the same song sang it the collapse of 07-08 with the pep talk to borrow $ for the American recovery act & shovel ready jobs. I haven't even seen the first shovel bought, much less used for a job. THE STATE OF TH UNION IS SUPPOSE TO BE about the "STATE OF OUR UNION." Currently the state our union is unemployment, no jobs, gov health care starting to effect workers with lower hours & job loses, inflation, debt out of control, bill of rights at every angle being assaulted, Our taxes going up on a program that we will not see the benefits from, hidden taxes on all our purchases to fund healthcare, our soldiers salaries being cut & not being taken care of after their service, food stamps & welfare at a all time high, our nations credit rating down graded twice in four years, borrowing more money from china while we send billions to other countries with no return or payment back to us, sending military equipment to the brother hood of Muslims that in turn kill us, drones flying over our homes, I'm tired of writing, but the list goes on & on. People that is the STATE OF OUR UNION. Not a speech of pipe dreams & campaign promises to give people hope such as a pep talk is to give the illusion that things are fine. They are not. The reason our constitution mandates that the pres give a state of the union is to inform we the people of the situation our nation is in...the actual things that are happening to us, what we are paying for, and the state of our military & defenses.

ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT a Forrest FiRe....
We are and always have been a nation if individual liberty. Not collectivism. To believe in individual liberty is not a radical thing as is being betrayed these days. It is a yearning that mankind has had since the being of life. This nation is the only place on earth that has afforded such a personal liberty. That is the one and only reason we throughout our history have had a pouring in of immigrants through out the world. Its why our country was formed with inalienable rights, to insure & guarantee such liberties. Our rule of law is in place so we as a people are protected from those who would want to change it. Anything to change it evil or not is a tranny against a individuals personal rights--not a collective. It's the American theory. The main reason we have 3 branches of gov is quite simply so nothing can be a abruptly changed against the will of the people by those we vote to represent us. That's why each elected person takes the oath to protect the constitution from foreign of domestic abuse of it & the rights it affords us as individuals-not collective. That's why state rights prevail over fed rights. Gov is a glue to combined. Not control. That's why we were formed as a republic & not a democracy. It secures the individual liberty so that the majority cannot take that individual liberty away. America has always been the one to run around the world to protect those who's governments who's governments have tried to enslave its people. Regular average ordinary people.
Only you can prevent a Forrest fire... Educate your self. Don't listen to what the preacher says, read it for your self. HEY... It's the hot topic right now, might as well know what your talking about.
But if you're progressive, you probably will not like, because it goes against everything you want and believe.
The Constitution is considered the supreme law of the land both because of its content and because its authority is derived from the people. The concepts and ideas of the Constitution are the "higher law" in the United States if America, things which a government cannot create or destroy.

WHAT WILL THE NEXT FOUR YEARS BRING?
WHAT WILL THE NEXT FOUR YEARS BRING?
When I think of the inauguration, the millions spent on it, attended by those that are wealthy at the expenses of demonizing wealth rather than creating jobs through capitalism. Who knows what the next four years will bring. It should still be about the economy as it was 4 years ago, which nothing, zero has been done about. If the last four years are any indication, it will not be a budget, the economy, jobs, or how our seniors are being cheated by the social security promise. The debt ceiling has been raised 4 times, redistribution of income, more welfare, food stamps, unemployment and social security paid out to people other than retired seniors, more spending (debt), taxes going up on our income and things we buy while no new jobs are created, price of our food being inflated, obamacare causing employers to cut workers hours, private insurance prices going up in response, unions getting violent, an Adm that says my way or no way talking from the center but leading from the left, proof that our bailout dollars mainly went over seas, our rights (all of them) coming under fire, new laws that focus on Americans being terrorist & police training to deal with it, gov flying drones over American sky's, criminal actions of a few that we the masses have to pay for... Crazy talk about if the debt ceiling is not raised we can't pay our bills. People, when you have to borrow more money to pay bills, that within it's self is proof that spending needs to be cut so we can pay our bills with out having to borrow it & put it on the credit card. But instead they take more from our pay checks and just simply spend more. P.s, gitmo still open, most swiping economy package that was passed...nothing really done except sending most 2/3 of gm jobs to china. (look it up your self) tarp and aig... economic crisis to economic crisis, but the problems were not fixed and are still looming as a problem. We doubled down in Afghanistan, with the promise to get out first year.

Are we free? Or ruled by a King
In our goverment, we have to have some sort of an agreement in order to create a law. We are a republic that has been treated as a democracy. That democracy through welfare is slowly becoming a socialist state with a touch of Constitutional Monarchy.
The simplest idea of government is those who rule over people and land. This could be a small community, village or continent.
SEVEN BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE CONSTITUTION
· Popular Sovereignty- the governments right to rule comes from the people
· Limited Government- the government has only the powers that the Constitution gives to it
· Separation of Power-the Constitution divides the government into three branches:
Congress-legislative branch makes laws
President-executive branch carries out the laws
Courts-judicial branch explains and interprets the laws
· Checks and Balances- each branch of government has the power to check or limit the actions of the other two
· Federalism-division of power between the federal government and the states.
· Republicanism- citizens elect representatives to carry out their will
· Individual rights-The Constitution protects individual rights such as freedom
of speech, freedom religion etc
Civil liberties are about freedom. They determine what you as an individual are free to do, and what the government cannot do to infringe on your freedom. People often use the terms "civil rights" and "civil liberties" interchangeably, but they're somewhat different. Rights protect you from unfair treatment under the law. Your individual civil liberties are those - inalienable - liberties mentioned in the U.S. Constitution.
The Right to Life
Your right to life is more than a matter of waking in the morning and breathing. It involves making your own choices about how you're going to live. It means choosing a career that's right for you, not one the government has decided you should pursue. Your right to life lets you choose where you want to live and the freedom to live however you like. You can have children, or not have children, or have as many as you like. You can marry, or remain single. The right to life is about personal decisions.
The Right to Hold Property
Your right to hold property is an extension of your right to life. It doesn't mean the government has an obligation to give you property. It means that you have the right to earn income and then spend it however you want. Once you own something, the government can't in the normal course of events take it away from you. Some exceptions exist, such as if you file for bankruptcy or gain the property illegally.
The Right to Liberty
Liberty literally means freedom. Your constitutional civil liberty to freedom allows you to live your life free of government control. Of course, you have to pay taxes and obey laws. But the government can't force you to take certain actions against your will, in the interest of society at large. It can't tell you that you must vote a certain way. You have the right to make up your own mind about issues, including those that affect the whole country, not just yourself.
The Pursuit of Happiness
Your right to happiness overlaps your right to life in some respects. It gives you the freedom to pursue choices that give you pleasure, satisfaction, and self-fulfillment, as long as you don't break any laws in the process or hurt others. The government can't order you to live in a way you don't choose. It can't tell you that you must sacrifice your personal happiness for the good of your country.
FORMS OF GOV.
Democracy......... The most common in the Western world is called democracy. In democracies, all of the people in a country can vote during elections for representatives or political parties that they prefer. The people in democracies can elect representatives who will sit on legislatures such as the Parliament or Congress. Political parties are organizations of people with similar ideas about how a country or region should be governed. Different political parties have different ideas about how the government should handle different problems. Democracy is the government of the people, by the people and for the people.
Monarchy............A monarchy is a government ruled by a king or a queen who inherits their position from their family, which is often called the "royal family." There are two types of monarchies: absolute monarchies and constitutional monarchies. In an absolute monarchy, the ruler has no limits on their wishes or powers. In a constitutional monarchy a ruler's powers are limited by a document called a constitution.
Aristocracy............An aristocracy is a government by the "best" people. A person who rules in an aristocracy is an aristocrat. Aristocracy is different from nobility, in that nobility means that one bloodline would rule, an aristocracy would mean that a few or many bloodlines would rule, or that rulers be chosen in a different manner.
Dictatorship...............Under a dictatorship, the government is run by one person who has all the power over the people in a country. Originally, the Roman Republic made dictators to lead during time of war. The Roman dictators (and Greek tyrants) were not always bad. The Roman dictators only held power for a small time. In modern times, a dictator's rule is not stopped by any laws, constitutions, or other social and political institutions. After World War II, many governments in Latin America, Asia, and Africa were ruled by dictators. Examples of dictators include Idi Amin, Muammar al-Qaddafi, and Gamal Abdul Nasser.
Oligarchy............An oligarchy is a government ruled by a small group of powerful people. These people may spread power equally or not equally. An oligarchy is different from a true democracy because very few people are given the chance to change things. An oligarchy does not have to be hereditary or passed down from father to son. An oligarchy does not have one clear ruler, but several powerful people. Some past examples of oligarchy are the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Apartheid South Africa. A fictional example is the dystopian society of Oceania displayed in the book Nineteen Eighty-Four. Some critics of representative democracy think of the United States as an oligarchy. This view is shared by anarchists.
